RUGKARI – Returns & Exchanges Policy

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• Products are eligible for return or exchange only in case of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.
  
• Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  
• Customers are requested to provide multiple images: one showing the product open for inspection and another showing it securely packed. This helps us process the return or exchange efficiently.
  

Return Shipping and Verification Process

To ensure a smooth and fair process, we require:

• Multiple photos of the rug from different angles, highlighting its condition and any defects.
  
• A video recording of the rug being unwrapped and opened, helping to prevent disputes and verify the condition accurately.
  

Refund Processing

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
  
• COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed within 8–10 working days after pickup, once we receive your bank details. Cash refunds are not available.
  

Damaged Goods / Pilferage Policy

• Do not accept packages that appear tampered with or repacked. Rejecting such deliveries ensures the rug is returned in its original condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  
• If the packaging is intact but the rug is damaged or missing upon opening, please email us at myrugkari@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. After verification with our delivery partner, we will process a refund or replacement within 7–8 working days.
  

• Design proportions may adjust across sizes to maintain visual balance.
  
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen display.
  
• COD orders above ₹5,000 and all custom orders require an advance payment for secure processing.
  
• Minor variations in texture or weave are inherent to handcrafted rugs and are not considered defects.
