Reporting a Defect

If you believe your rug has a defect, please notify us without delay:

To file a claim, kindly provide:

4 clear photos of the affected area
1 detailed video showing the defect
Order ID / proof of purchase

This helps our team verify and process your request efficiently.

Warranty Coverage Includes

This warranty is valid for defects caused during production that may affect:

Structure, durability, or weave integrity

Backing, binding, or finishing errors

Visible appearance issues discovered upon delivery

Resolution Provided

Once verified, RUGKARI may offer one of the following:

Repair
Replacement
Refund (full or partial depending on inspection)

If a replacement is given, it will follow the original warranty timeline from the purchase date, not a fresh 6 months.

Logistics & Return Process

Customers are responsible for shipping or transport costs when returning the rug for review.

Pickup/return support may be arranged by RUGKARI only if the defect qualifies under warranty.

Limitations & Rights

Our responsibility is restricted to repair, replacement, or refund.
Claims may be declined if found outside the scope of this policy.
Proper documentation and inspection access are required to complete the evaluation.

Claim Review

Once a claim is submitted with photos/video,RUGKARI will assess the case and respond within a reasonable timeframe with the final decision.

Policy Updates

RUGKARI reserves the right to revise or update the policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official RUGKARI channels.
