Loose weaving, unravelling edges, or knots coming apart under normal use are covered.

Significant fading or bleeding without exposure to sunlight or chemicals is covered.

Rug dimensions varying more than 2% from the stated size are covered.

Production accuracy

What is not covered.

The warranty protects craftsmanship and production quality. It does not cover damage caused after delivery through use, cleaning mistakes, heavy wear, or unsuitable conditions.
