What are the shipping charges?

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders placed through our website.

When will my order arrive?

Ready-to-ship rugs: Dispatched within 6–7 working days from the date of purchase and delivered within 10–12 working days.

Custom rugs: Delivery depends on the production timeline. More intricate designs may take longer to craft.

All rugs are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. If there are any delays, our customer care team will proactively reach out to you.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive order confirmation notifications via:

WhatsApp

You will also receive a shipping confirmation via WhatsApp and Email, including your tracking ID.

Are there any additional fees?

For Indian Orders:

The price paid at checkout is final, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Express shipping charges, if requested, will be charged extra.

For International Orders:

Shipping fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on the customs regulations of your country.

International shipping fees are collected at the time of placing the order, while any additional charges must be paid to the shipping partner upon delivery.
