RUGKARI – Return & Refund Policy
At RUGKARI, every rug is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. We request that you check your order immediately upon receipt.
For deliveries via our logistics partners, your signature is required at the time of delivery.

Your order will only be eligible for return if it has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.
How to Raise a Return Request
Initiate a Cancellation or Return Request within 48 hours of delivery.
Once submitted, it may take up to 48 hours for our delivery partner to schedule a pickup from your location.

Our shipping partner will collect the rug at a mutually agreed time.
After receiving the returned rug, it will go through a quality inspection. If approved, the refund or replacement will be initiated within 48 hours for prepaid orders. COD refunds will be processed within 8–10 working days upon receiving your bank details.
Damaged Goods / Pilferage Policy
Do not accept packages that appear tampered with or repacked. Rejecting such deliveries ensures the rug is returned in its original condition. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
If the packaging is intact but the rug is damaged or missing upon opening, email us at support@rugkari.com within 2 days. After verification, we will process a refund or replacement within 7–8 working days.
All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Terms & Conditions
Return the rug in the same condition as received.
Do not use, wash, alter, soil, or tamper with the rug.
Rugs with damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
The rug must include original packaging, labels, and tags.
Rugs with altered or illegible serial numbers will be rejected.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after passing our quality inspection.
For defective items, notify us within 48 hours and share clear photos of the rug via email. We will replace the rug free of charge after inspection.
Stain Resistant Coating is an optional service. In the event of a return/exchange, only the cost of the rug will be refunded or replaced. Charges for Stain Resistant Coating are non-refundable.
Return Process
Share multiple images of the rug: one with the product open for inspection and one securely packed for pickup. This is essential for processing your return.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up.
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed within 8–10 working days after pickup and upon providing your bank details. No cash refunds are available.
