• Manufacturing defects only
• Request within 30 days of receipt
• Unused, unwashed, unsoiled condition
• Original packing & tags intact

Non-Returnable:

• Custom/made-to-order rugs
• Promotional or clearance sale items

Return Process:

• Submit high-quality images from multiple angles within 30 days
• Arrange free pickup coordination with our team
• Buyer covers return shipping costs
• Replacement is applicable only for the original design purchased, requests for a different design will be considered only in exceptional cases, subject to stock availability.
• Refund processed within 48 hours after inspection

Refund Details:

• 5% administrative deduction applied
• Cancelled orders (post-production): 50% refund
• Stain coatings: non-refundable & non-transferable
