Shipping & Delivery

  • All carpet orders are delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Every rug is quality-checked and inspected before dispatch. We request customers to inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

Return & Exchange

Eligibility for Returns

Rugkari accepts returns only for non-repairable manufacturing defects.
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.To request a return, share:

  • Clear photos of the rug fully opened
  • A photo of the rug repacked
  • (Optional) Unboxing video for verification

Once approved, pickup will be arranged and the rug will be inspected.

Refunds

  • Prepaid: Refund within 48 hours after pickup
  • COD: Refund in 8–10 working days via bank transfer
    (No cash refunds)

Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package is tampered or resealed, do not accept delivery.
If damage is found after opening, email myrugkari@gmail.com within 48 hours.After verification, we will refund or replace the product.

Important Terms & Conditions

Design proportions may vary across different sizes, as patterns scale to maintain visual balance.
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen display differences.
Orders above ₹5,000 placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) require a partial advance payment due to high-value order risk.
All custom or made-to-order COD purchases require upfront advance payment to ensure secure processing and production.
Handcrafted products may have minor variations in texture and weave, which are part of artisanal production and not considered defects.
