Step 2 — Enter your Order ID (found in your confirmation email).
Step 3 — Enter the email address you used while placing the order.
Step 4 — Click Track — and see your order's live status instantly.

Standard Delivery (In-stock rugs): 5–7 business days across India Made-to-Order Rugs: 15–25 business days depending on complexity Custom / Bulk Orders: Timeline communicated at time of order confirmation Once your rug is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number.

Order Confirmed — We have received your order and it is being prepared. Processing — Your rug is undergoing final quality check and packing. Dispatched — Your rug has been handed to our delivery partner. In Transit — Your rug is on its way to you. Out for Delivery — Your rug will arrive today. Delivered — Your rug has been delivered.
