Making & inspection
Every rug goes through order verification, manufacturing, packaging, and quality checks before dispatch.
Tracking shared
Once shipped, the tracking ID is sent through WhatsApp and Email. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 working days from dispatch; express 2–4 working days where available.

I have not received my tracking ID
Your rug may still be in production, finishing, inspection, or packaging. Contact Rugkari with your order number and checkout contact detail for a quick update.
My delivery package looks tampered
Do not accept a package that appears tampered with or repacked. If damage is found after opening an intact package, email care@rugkari.com within 48 hours with clear photos.
